The Ca’ del Parco residence is located on Via Piave in Treviso, just a short walk from the historic centre and in a strategic position for road access. It is situated in a borough rich in services, ranging from nursery schools to primary schools, including numerous public facilities.
Divided into three pairs of buildings named Cà prima, Cà seconda and Cà terza, it boasts 34,000 square metres of green space, including a fully-equipped children’s playground, a five-a-side football pitch, ornamental and walking areas, along with private green spaces for the ground floor flats. Special attention has been given to the arrangement of spaces to create homes with a sense of openness, overlooking green areas.
The Ca’ del Parco residence is a closed structure, with a perimeter defined by fences and monitored by night security. The building’s external and internal entrances are equipped with video intercoms, while electric overhead doors are provided at the entrances to the garage areas.
