Private residence in Trebaseleghe
Nestled in the Padua countryside, this residence, built in 1993 and restored in 2010, represented a special project for us.
The designed spaces are of absolute value, Venetian terrazzo floors and large windows make this residence unique.
Our work has been about playing between tradition and modernity; the interventions carried out have enabled the property in question to improve its energy performance from CLASS C to CLASS A, achieving not only an aesthetically remarkable outcome but also a reduction in its energy maintenance costs.
